Is our information kept private?
Yes. Your files are only used to answer your team’s questions and are not used to train public AI models. We can host it on your own server, and we sign an NDA as standard.
Can it make things up?
It answers only from your files and shows the source for every answer. When the files do not contain the answer, it says so rather than guessing.
Can different people see different things?
Yes. It follows the permissions you set, so each person only gets answers from files they are allowed to see.
What kinds of files can it read?
Documents, PDFs, spreadsheets, presentations, scanned papers and most exports from the apps you use.
