Frequently asked questions
Can it read scanned and handwritten documents?
It reads clear scans and phone photos well, including most printed Indian invoices. Handwriting depends on how legible it is; anything it is not confident about goes to a person.
Does it work with Tally?
Yes. We connect to Tally Prime through its integration options, and to Zoho Books, Busy and most ERPs through their APIs.
Is our data safe?
Documents are processed securely and are not used to train public AI models. We can keep files inside your own Google Drive or server, and we sign an NDA as standard.
What happens when it gets something wrong?
Every field has a confidence check. Anything below the threshold, or anything that breaks your rules, is held for a person to approve, so nothing wrong is entered silently.
